Project Construction Manager Beijing

As our Project Construction Manager, Beijing , you will be responsible for the overall construction management for IICC Beijing project through your strong leadership, professionalism of construction and project management.

 

You will report to Head of Construction and Beijing Project Manager.  The responsibilities are:

 

•         Overall construction management for the delivery of the Beijing Project.

•         Manage all government relationships, authority reviews, approvals and permits.

•         Manage all project related tenders, contracts and costs.

•         Control of project progress.

•         Control of project quality.

•         Ensure environment, health and safety (EH&S) management on project meet with IICG corporate standards.

 

We expect that you have m in. 10 years experience in construction management preferably within commercial property development.   The experience of construction management in Beijing projects will be essential. Good English in oral and written is also required.
